Seller’s and Buyer’s details. (VAT number, Tax Office, Title, Address of residence, photocopy of the ID card)

Electronic Identity of the property N.4495/2017 (issued by a Civil Engineer)
Engineering certificate according to Law 4495/2017
Energy Performance Certificate
Seller’s Insurance Certificate from EFKA
Tax Information of the Seller
Copy of the E9 declaration where the property appears
ENFIA certificate for the last 5 years
Certificate of registration of the property at the Land Registry

For the sale of land, the following are required:
A topographical diagram
The plot must have a plot map. The KID is the unique number, which is assigned electronically by the Hellenic Cadastral Registry application to each topographic diagram submitted and is the reference identification code of the diagram.
A certificate of declaration of ownership from the municipality where the property is located.
a certificate of non-payment of land and money contributions from the municipality where the property is located
