α) Property transfer tax equal to 3% of the value stated in the contract.
b) The lawyer’s fee is a matter of agreement, but usually ranges at 1% of the higher value of the property price stated in the contract.
c) Notary’s fee usually ranges between 1.0% – 1.5% of the higher value stated in the contract.

d) Real estate agent’s fee. Whatever has been signed in the order to show the property. Payment is made when the contract is signed.The broker’s fee that you pay the broker for suggesting a particular property that you have bought or rented is not set by any legislation, is freely negotiable and is not subject to any statutory thresholds.
ε) Land Registry. Land Registry fees include registration rights, certificates and stamp duty. They are calculated at 0.5% of the value of the property stated in the contract, plus 24% value added tax (VAT).
